1. Who we are

MYRENTA is operated by MYRENTA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, a company registered in Nigeria. References to “we”, “us” and “MYRENTA” mean that company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, resident in Nigeria, and able to provide a valid NIN, BVN and Nigerian bank account. Financing is offered at our discretion following verification and affordability assessment.

3. Rent financing

Where an application is approved, MYRENTA pays the landlord the agreed annual rent and you repay MYRENTA the rent plus a flat 25% service fee in twelve equal monthly installments.

• The monthly amount is fixed at the time of approval and does not compound.
• Each installment has a 5-day grace period, after which a 2% late fee applies.
• Two missed installments mark the account at risk; three constitute default.
• You may settle the outstanding balance early at any time without penalty.

4. One active lease

A tenant may hold only one active MYRENTA-financed lease at a time. New applications are blocked while a lease is active.

5. Landlords and agents

Landlords and agents must complete verification before publishing listings and warrant that they have the legal right to let the property. Duplicate or misleading listings may be removed and accounts suspended.

6. Payments and escrow

Funds are held securely and released to the landlord once the lease is signed and move-in is confirmed. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of other users, or persistent default. Outstanding repayment obligations survive termination.

8. Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable care but are not the landlord and do not own the properties listed. We are not liable for the condition of a property or for a landlord's conduct beyond our verification obligations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
